DJ Midas and Killer Ben (both New York natives,  now living in Los Angeles).  DJ Midas has worked on diverse projects such as creating mixtapes, as a studio/tour DJ, engineer and producer for Jodeci, Flo Rida and many independent artists and bands. He has produced scores for television shows such as Basketball Wives, Teen Cribs, and True Life. He wrote and performed the theme song “Hard Luck”, with Tree Adams, to the movie Hard Luck directed by Mario Van Peebles (SONY Pictures Ent). He has also scored many independent documentaries.

Killer Ben made his debut with J Rocc and Truly Odd/ Heavyweights Records release of “Hitman 4 Hire” and “Exercise 1, 2.” Now working with Gold Chain Music, he has been featured with some of the best hip hop artists and producers on both coasts such as Planet Asia, Agallah, Blu, Alchemist, K Solo and Dr. Dre. THE MECHANIC is Killer Ben’s debut mixtape, filled with character and well delivered lyrics to capture the listener’s attention.  Killer Ben aka Ben Buford from City Of Shaft Brooklyn, NY is a well respected MC in the streets of NYC and Upstate NY and is known for freestylin’ and writing excellent works.
